Dear Membership:
 
My term is comming to a close as your president. In January, a new B.O.D. will take over with Lee Faucett as our president. The nominations committee has completed it’s work. The Chairman of the nomination committee is Jerry Bales.  Jerry has provided the following slate of candidates for the 2012/2013 term as follows;
 
Vice President—–Micheal Tidwell
Secretary————Bryan Bloodworth & Gary Verhulst
Treasurer————Jeremy Hooper
Director #7———-Joe Chapman & Mathue Joiner
Director #8———-Stephen Duckworth
Director #5(Scott Daniel) & Director #6(Jerry Bales) These two seats will
expire at the end of 2012.
 
This election will occur in the Fall of 2012.  This fine slate of candidates is a group of members that have pledged to volunteer their time and effort for the benefit of this association. Thank you to each candidate for the voluntary sacrifice that this responsibility requires.  The election will take place at the site of the election two years ago. The location is as follows;

Covington, GA 30014
The Date & Time; Thursday, October 6, 2011, @ 10:00 A.M.
This will be an annual meeting for the entire membership of the chapter, as
well as the election for 2011.  Thank you to everyone,in advance, for your participation in this election.  Looking forward to seeing each of you on October 6, 2011.
